Dear Professor and class, The policies described in this are two top-down and bottom-up public policy approaches. The top-down public policy is the one in which policies are made and follow the hierarchy, such as laws and policies made in the federal government or at the national level, and then goes down to the lower level to the state of the Country. There are some examples of top-down public police. Whereas bottom-up public policies are those that were made from the lower level and helped formulate the policy that is made at a higher level or federal level (Cerna, 2013).
